I am a clinical psychologist, and I have been licensed in Georgia since 2010 and in Florida since 2015. My educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Agnes Scott College, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston. I am also board certified in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology. My graduate work included specialized training, supervised experience and research in the treatment of anxiety and related disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Greater Hartford Psychology Internship Consortium in Hartford, Connecticut. I also completed a Health Psychology Post-doctoral Residency at the West Haven Veteran’s Healthcare System in West Haven, Connecticut. During my post-doctoral residency, I received training in the treatment of substance use disorders and the management of health-related conditions. I really enjoy helping people overcome their fears, improve their health, reach their goals, and live a better life! I also enjoy helping people work through barriers that prevent lifestyle change and helping people discover ways to make lasting changes that will improve their emotional and physical health! If you want to make a change for the better and are willing to try something different, you’re in the right place!
